HomeLink Router Solutions LLC

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing the website, downloading materials, or purchasing products from HomeLink Router Solutions LLC (“HomeLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, downloading educational materials, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Nature of Products & Services

1.1 Educational Content

HomeLink provides educational materials explaining how corporate IT systems monitor network behavior, location signals, and security events.

All educational content is informational only. It does not instruct users to violate employer policies, bypass security controls, or engage in unlawful activity.

1.2 Hardware & Networking Solutions

HomeLink offers pre-configured networking hardware designed for personal networking, connectivity consistency, and privacy-conscious use.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with employment agreements
  • Adherence to corporate IT policies
  • Compliance with local laws and ISP terms

HomeLink does not encourage or endorse misuse of its products.

2. HomeLink Support Access

2.1 What HomeLink Support Access Is

All HomeLink hardware subscriptions include HomeLink Support Access, a remote management capability that allows HomeLink technicians to access your router for the purpose of providing technical support. Your router maintains an encrypted management tunnel to HomeLink’s infrastructure at all times. The existence of this tunnel does not mean your router is being actively accessed — it is only used when a support session is initiated.

HomeLink Support Access is a required component of the HomeLink subscription service and cannot be disabled while your subscription is active. By activating your travel router, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this section.

2.2 When We Access Your Router

HomeLink will only access your router when a support ticket has been opened by you or on your behalf. Opening a support ticket constitutes your authorization for HomeLink to access your router for the duration of resolving that ticket.

When a support session occurs, you will receive an email notification confirming that access took place, which ticket it was associated with, and the time it occurred. A complete record of all access sessions is permanently visible to you in the HomeLink customer portal under your account history.

We will not access your router outside of an open support ticket under any circumstances.

2.3 What We May Do During a Support Session

During an active support session, HomeLink support staff may:

  • View system logs and diagnostic information on the router
  • View and modify network and tunnel configuration
  • Restart router services or the router itself
  • Push configuration or firmware updates
  • Run diagnostic commands to identify and resolve the reported issue

All actions taken during a support session are logged internally and associated with the relevant support ticket.

2.4 What We Will Never Do

Regardless of the circumstances, HomeLink will never:

  • Access your router outside of an open support ticket
  • Inspect, monitor, log, or retain your network traffic or the content of communications passing through your router
  • Access devices on your home or travel network
  • Store or retain your router’s private keys or credentials
  • Share access to your router with any third party without your explicit written consent

2.5 Subscription Cancellation

If you cancel your HomeLink subscription, your service — including tunnel access — will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation. Your account and router configuration are retained and you may resubscribe at any time.

Cancellation does not terminate the HomeLink Support Access tunnel during the remaining service period.

2.6 Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your HomeLink account at any time from the portal settings page or by contacting support. Account deletion is subject to a 48-hour confirmation window, during which you may cancel the deletion request by contacting support@homelinkrouters.us.

After the 48-hour window, deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion:

  • Your HomeLink subscription is cancelled immediately with no further charges
  • Tunnel access is terminated
  • The HomeLink Support Access management tunnel is permanently revoked and cannot be restored under any circumstances
  • All device tokens are invalidated
  • Your HomeLink routers will no longer be able to connect to the HomeLink network

Deleted routers cannot be re-provisioned to any HomeLink account. If you wish to use HomeLink in the future after deleting your account, you will need to purchase new hardware and create a new account.

HomeLink Router Solutions LLC retains an anonymized record of your account for internal audit and legal compliance purposes in accordance with applicable law.
