This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Homelink Router Solutions LLC (“Homelink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products
1.1 Digital products include downloadable guides, PDFs, and other educational materials.
1.2 All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access to the file has been provided.
1.3 If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
2. Hardware Products (Router Kits)
2.1 Hardware products include physical router kits sold as either self-configured or done-for-you solutions.
2.2 Eligibility for refunds on hardware products depends on the specific offer and guarantee stated on the product sales page at the time of purchase.
2.3 For done-for-you (DFY) hardware solutions, Homelink guarantees that the routers will be delivered cleanly configured, tested, and functioning as described for the environment you provided.
2.4 If Homelink is unable to deliver a functioning configuration as described, you may request a full refund within the guarantee period stated on the product page.
2.5 In cases where a full refund is issued under a DFY guarantee, Homelink may allow you to retain the hardware at no additional cost, as explicitly stated in the offer.
2.6 Refund eligibility does not apply if issues arise due to:

ISP restrictions or performance issues

Use in unsupported countries or networks

Modifications made by the customer after delivery
3. Subscription and Maintenance Fees
3.1 Optional maintenance or relay network access fees, if purchased, are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout.
3.2 Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
3.3 You may cancel any subscription or maintenance service at any time to prevent future charges.
4. Shipping and Returns
4.1 For physical products, shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4.2 If a hardware return is required and approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.3 Returned hardware must be received in reasonable condition. Excessive damage may void refund eligibility.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
5.1 If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
5.2 Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to services and future purchases.
