This Shipping Policy explains how Homelink Router Solutions LLC (“Homelink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles the processing, shipping, and delivery of physical products.
By placing an order for hardware products, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
1.1 Hardware orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
1.2 Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
1.3 Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.4 Pre-configured or custom hardware may require additional preparation time. Any extended timelines will be communicated to you via email.
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or international courier partners, depending on destination and availability.
2.2 Shipping method, estimated delivery time, and cost will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
2.3 Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and may vary due to factors outside our control.
3. International Shipping
3.1 Homelink ships internationally to many countries; however, availability may vary by destination.
3.2 You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your local government or carrier.
3.3 Homelink is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, or local regulatory requirements.
3.4 If a shipment is refused or returned due to customs issues, incorrect address details, or failure to pay import fees, additional shipping charges may apply.
4. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility
4.1 Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you once the shipment is handed off to the carrier.
4.2 Homelink is not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
4.3 If your shipment arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos so we can assist with a carrier claim where applicable.
5. Address Accuracy
5.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
5.2 Homelink is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Shipping Notifications & Tracking
6.1 When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
6.2 Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement.
